Mary Ann Wright has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1976 specializing in the sales and marketing of single family residential properties, condominiums, apartments, town homes and investment properties in Santa Maria and all its surrounding areas.
Prior to the start of her successful Real Estate career at the age of 27, Mary Ann attended college, was married and started her family. Real estate was Mary Ann's first and only career choice and she displays the dedication that comes from one who truly enjoys her profession.

Outside of Real Estate, Mary Ann is an active member in the local Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from Santa Barbara, Mary Ann has been a resident of the Santa Maria area since 1987. A former student of Santa Barbara City College, Mary Ann took many classes in general studies and Real Estate while in attendance.
Married with three children and five grandchildren, Mary Ann has had the opportunity of sending them through the local schools. For this reason, Mary Ann is an expert regarding the Santa Maria and Santa Barbara educational system, community businesses and neighborhoods. An active volunteer for the schools, Mary Ann works in the "Shoes for Students" program there.
When she's not serving her clients, Mary Ann enjoys gardening and participating in a country dance team.
